  • Exercise: Doing sports is important. Get moving, it’s very healthy!
  • Happy or sad: If we are worried or sad we might not eat well. Keeping our emotions in balance helps us to eat healthily. 
  • Energy balance: Eating gives us energy. But we must use this energy with physical exercise. 
  • Healthy cooking: It is more healthy to boil, cook or bake food than to fry it. Get healthy in the kitchen!
  • Drink water: We need water to stay hydrated. Try to drink at least 4–8 glasses of water each day.
